Day 9 September 1, 2023 9.5 Hours

From 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM organized my call list for the day and replied to emails from the previous night. From 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM I did 53 phone calls today. I was the only one on my team working today which was not good as I ended up having a few questions from interactions with potential courses for events. I ended up getting an offer for the two events in Kansas City with Fred Arbanas Championship Course. They could only give me a $2.00 discount per player and is asking for $20.00 over what we are trying to pay so must wait for Mike to get back to negotiate. I ended up getting an offer for the Miami/Palm Beach event on June 19-20 at La Gorce Golf Club. I also ended up getting a hot lead for the Miami/Palm Beach event with a course called Palm-Aire Country Club. As well as talked with a previous lead called Madison Green Country Club for the May 11-12 event. When I spoke to the golf director Scott, he said he would get back in touch with me next Wednesday and would like to move forward with a contract offer. Just was getting ready to leave and travel for the day so had to go fast. Had a lot more action than I thought I would for it being the Friday before a three-day weekend. I felt like I really needed someone else from my team there today to help with all the interactions with potential offers and venues. This was my most active day so far in regard to getting leads and offers.
