Day 5 August 25, 2023 9.5 Hours

I did a total of 54 phone calls today while I was still in office. I continued in the region of Kansas City for the June 29-30 event. For the region I called 30 additional courses adding to the additional 10 courses from the day before. Once I ran through those courses, I moved onto the region of Miami for an event on June 19-20 of 2024. The number of courses called was a total of 24. It was very similar results to the first day with a lot of no answers and voicemails. As well as when I would reach the directors, they would say they cannot do outside events, there is new ownership so cannot give an answer, and send information in email to review. Was not able to get a single contract offer on this first day.

I also found out that one of my original team members decided that the internship would not be a good fit for her, and she quit. Also, during this time I found out that the organization made two operation interns that were assigned to the Atlanta location, drive down to Orlando last minute. One of the interns decided to quit that same day. Which made me do a little more research into the organization and I discovered their Glassdoor rating of a 1.8 out of 5. Which is not a good sign. I told Mike Malo that I will be going to the remote role after the day ends at work driving back down to Miami. He did not seem very happy with the idea and made sure I took an office phone when it was time to leave.
