Day 21 September 22, 2023 9 Hours

From 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM I created my call list for the day. Where the top of the list are all the courses that I have already sent contracts out to for events and now just waiting for them to sign. After that I compiled my potential options for the Milwaukee event for August 17-18. Again, trying to get updated information to make sure that I am able to reach out to the proper people. Also, during this time I review any notes Mike left me for the day which includes leaving the Fire Ridge Golf Club on ice for the team being. As well as listening to voicemails from when I was out of work and checking my emails. From 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM I did more calls for the day trying to reach out and get another offering for the Milwaukee event as well as get in touch with the people that I have sent contracts out to. Mike kept pushing me hard about trying to get in touch with Fred Arbanas today, but I think they are closed today. As I would call every hour and it would go directly to voicemail. But I called every hour to at least display on the call logs that I was trying to get in touch. I ended up getting a few more leads for the August 17-18 event in Milwaukee today. The two courses are The Golf Courses at Lawsonia and Koshkonong Mounds Country Club. A lot of the places I reach out to up there are less receptive than the southern region for events from my perspective. I think it goes back to the limited to for golfing events up north.
