Day 19 September 20, 2023 4 Hours

I only worked 4 hours today from 8:00 AM – 12:00PM the reason is that I have a dental surgery scheduled in the afternoon. I got another offer for the June 19-20 event from West at Jacaranda. So, they are currently on ice with other offers just in case La Gorce does not sign. I was able to speak to Rody with Palm-Aire country club. I asked if we could move our offer for the June 19-20 event and get him to sign a contract for the July 6-7 event. Meaning that my original 6 events were all offered contracts. I started working in the Milwaukee event area for August 17-18 event. This list is very outdated, so I am essentially having to update all contact information into Monday while I am making the calls. A lot of the information for contact is no longer correct so I will have to go through this cycle of reaching out, trying to get emails and phone numbers for the correct people if they pick up. It is a very frustrating day. As well as on calls with people there it presents a new challenge as the season is limited being that far north. Rody got back to me later on in the day about saying that the July 6-7 event would be available. However, the start time would be pushed back to 11:30 AM for double tee. I am worried that Mike will not go for it now. I also tried to get back in touch with Fred Arbanas about the August 17 and 18th date that Mike is constantly asking me about and the guy will not pick up. It is frustrating because this guy is clearly busy at the moment and Mike is just continuing to ask about this contract.
