Day 18 September 19, 2023 9.5 Hours

From 8:00 – 8:15 AM went through some of the emails that were sent to me while I was out for the weekend. From 8:15 through 9:15 had a team meeting with Mike Malo, Noah Hart, and Grady Laughlin where we discussed the offers, leads and nos. When discussing my courses Mike told me to try to get Eagle Ridge to move up the start time from 1 PM to Noon both days because of it being the summer months. Mike also told me that La Gorce has finally agreed to lower their price point to $75 per player meaning that my June 19-20 event will be filled after I get them to sign the contract. I also mentioned how I am having a hard time filling the Kansas City event as the potential options are dwindling fast and that we should do something soon with Fred Arbanas which he wanted me to still wait on. Mike told me to go after Drumm Farm and get them to an agreement to hold the dates. From 9:15 0 9:30 AM went through 11 voicemails that were left over the weekend. From 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM it was calls. Like I have said I have started to run out of places to call and only made 39 calls for the day. I talked to Mike and told him how I have contracts out now for 5 of the 6 events given and the only one not yet sent out would be for the July 6-7 event. I mentioned that and he said keep contacting places for the other events even though we sent contracts out. Which did not make sense, then later I get another offer for the June 19-20 event, and he said we already sent the contract out. Again, going back to the disconnection between our communication. Just talked to Mike and said if I can get a July 6-7 event contract out and signed, I would set a record. I was also assigned another venue in Milwaukee Wisconsin for August 17-18 as a venue pulled out.
