Day 15 September 13, 2023 9.5 Hours

From 8:00 – 9:00 AM I went through my previous call list and reviewed my notes on who said they would be interested, no, and those who had no answer. After that point I went through my email and checked to see the emails that I missed after I got off work and figured out how to approach those conversations. From 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, it was phone calls. I made a total of 54. It was an active day where I ended up getting my first contract signed and got a compliment from Mike. As the contract for the June 8-9 event in Raleigh North Carolina got signed with Riverwood Golf Club. On top of that I had a contract sent out to Madison Greens Country Club for the May 11-12 event in West Palm Beach. As well as received an offer from Deering Beach and Yacht club for the July 6-7 event. Where I was able to get a $75 dollar discount offer for it being junior golfers. I did not send that many follow up emails and the same with voicemails for the no answers. The reasoning is that a lot of the no answers it has not been the seven-day contact period. Following the rule of one voicemail and one email per seven days. Mike seemed to be very happy with my performance today. After today it feels like I might be able to get three events filled in this week alone. I believe I was the first of the contract negotiation interns to get a contract signed. Which is pretty cool and a nice personal goal as I am highly competitive and wanted to be the first to achieve that.
