Day 14 September 12, 2023 9.5 Hours

From 8:00 AM – 8:30 AM I went through my emails that I missed from over the weekend. I ended up responding to four different emails. As well as listened to my voicemails from the weekend. From 8:30 AM – 9:15 AM was supposed to have a team meeting but because of technical difficulties at the office in Orlando, it had to get cancelled. Which I wish I knew before I waited almost 30 minutes to get told that. So, I ended up just sitting there waiting for the meeting and wasted time. From 9:15 AM – 5:00PM I did my daily calls to courses for the multiple events that we are trying to secure. A lot more no answers and sent to voicemails. I ended up doing 51 calls for the day. From 5:00 PM – 5:30 PM had a team meeting with Mike and Noah. This meeting was a congratulations as a contract was sent out for each of the interns for one of the event venues. Mine was Riverwood for the June 8-9 of 2024 in Raleigh, North Carolina. I have to give them a week to sign the contract and if they do not, I have to go back to presenting that date to others in the region. I also got a compliment for one of my notes within Monday, about a potential lead that worked with us in the past for a guy named Sean who is an assistant golf pro at Boca Pointe Country Club and will push for us to work with their course.
