From 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM it was phone calls, sending follow up emails, and organizing the software platform (Monday) with potential offers, leads, no answers, and nos. Had a total of 61 calls. From 5:00 – 5:30 PM had a team meeting with Mike Malo and Grady. The amount of no’s that I have received over the past two weeks, has made the phone call list a little more challenging. As the list of prospects that I had at the beginning of these assignments was a decent size it now has basically been cut in half. I am starting to call places multiple times a day if I do not get an answer to try to help with the call total of 60 that Mike is looking for. Did not get a lot of people on the phone today it was a lot of tries with not any success. I did not get a contract offer from any of the places that I talked to today. I did send follow up emails and left voicemails to places that I have not left one within a week.
My follow up email is set up in the format of “Good afternoon (NAME), I am just reaching back out to you about potentially hosting an event on May 11-12 2024, June 19-20 2024, or July 6-7 2024. Please let me know how we can work this out and I would love to send you over a contract to secure the event once you confirm the tee times and the rate per player per day. You can reach me at (407) 614-2962 Ext-302 or hjgtcoursescheduling@gmail.com. Have a great day!”. During the meeting Mike asked about how our events are going, what leads we have, as well as offers. He did not like that we have not had more offers. However, we have sent offers to him, and he has not moved on them because he is wanting to wait for better options. So, he kind of contradicted his own statement. He said we need to figure out more how to close. He did like the detailed information that I am putting on the platform, so that was a positive.
